Out-licensing. OI Sciences develops its own niche, sterile injectable
products and conducts its own sales and marketing in the UK and Middle
East. OI is interested to out-license their dossiers for partners worldwide
to license-out or who can act as distributors for their portfolio of niche
injectable products. Please contact OIsciences for a list of R&D products.

Development. OI Sciences is working in partnership with various companies
to develop a specific range of products for specific international markets. This
involves investment at an early stage in return for exclusivity for your market.
The Company is further developing their product range by collaborating with
companies who have interesting new technologies, to improve stability, safety
and/or efficacy of small molecule medicines.

Supporting. OI Sciences can support generic companies attempting to launch
their own products into the UK, and other markets, for the first time - acting as
their distributors or conducting sales and marketing through licensed Marketing
Authorisation approvals. The Company can offer support in commercialising new
technological developments by providing licensing, sales, marketing and distribution.
